guilty to criminal charges and pay $3 billion in fines for promoting
its best-selling antidepressants for unapproved uses and failing to
report safety data about a top diabetes drug, federal prosecutors
announced Monday. The agreement also includes civil penalties for
improper marketing of a half-dozen other drugs. It is imperative
that you treat diabetes without medication. The drug maker admitted
hiding the fact that the drug ruined the heart!

Roche,
the Swiss pharmaceutical company have

are disappointed by this outcome as we hoped that aleglitazar would
provide significant benefit for patients with Type 2 diabetes who are
at risk of cardiovascular disease,” Dr. Hal Barron, the chief
medical officer, said in a statement
